How long would it take to install a Cisco Prime Installation on a VM with the base software for lifecycle+assurance and maybe add one AP and one switch?

Installing Prime on a VM is pretty simple, you can download and OVA file from Cisco, and it basically does all the work for you. Once it's installed it will ask you some basic setup questions. I would say you can get this installed in an hour.

Installation is easy, true, but configuration can take several hours of getting to know where is what in the menu 🙂
Oh and the start of the server itself often takes 15-25 minutes, even in small installations 😉
