When I try and manage all 20 machines using Apple's Network Assistant there is this huge latency issue. I have switched backed to an Apple Airport base station and can manage all 20 machines at once, through Network Assistant, with very little latency. I realize that trying to manage 20 devices at once through a 802.11b wireless device would probably create this latency, but why is an first generation Apple Airport base station able to do this with very little latency?
