Please let us know any automatic backup can be taken in the below WLC models via GUI as well as CLI as we do archive backup in routers.

There is no automatic or scheduled backup process. You either have to use the GUI or the command line to perform a backup. If you had WCS/NCS/PI, that can issue snmp commands to run auto backups.

If you had a tool that can send CLI commands to the WLC, you can send commands to issue a backup using FTP or tftp.

There is no explicit scheduling for backups to be taken from WLC neither GUI nor CLI.

WCS and NCS can be used to do so, check the following link for WCS for example:

the background task of your interest is controller configuration backup.

You can as well program an application that telnet ssh into your WLC and automatically issue commands to do backup

of your controller configuration and uploade to a server already up and eager to receive stuff from devices.

The WCS/NCS/Prime Infrastructure isn't free. They do allow you to get a 60 day license though, but after the evaluation expires, you will need to add a paid license. There is no Cisco software that performs an automated backup of the WLC's besides what I just mentioned.
