I have lost the user credentials for the built in FTP server on my WCS. Is there any way to retreive them or reset them?

Hi,

I don't know if your on Linux or windows but its pretty much the same for both I think.

Go to the bin folder within the WCS directory and in there is passwd.bat or passwd.sh.

In windows use passwd.bat:

passwd.bat location-ftp-user newuser newpassword

In linux use passwd.sh:

passwd.sh location-ftp-user newuser newpassword

Does changing the password break any other processes that happen automatically such as location appliance code downloads.
