Trick for tacking SSID usage

Good morning all,

Trying to come up with usage stats for an SSID that i'm phasing out(LEAP SSID). While I am using ciscoworks which fires off the same time each week to give me some general stats. Im looking for something more all around.

I have all my APs pointing to a single syslog box, however it doesn't presently record the SSID or VLAN. If i could get which VLAN the user was associated with, that would rock as well.

I am not talking about issuing a command to obtain them manually. I am asking for methods used to turn possibly a logging option on, which pertains to vlan/ssid of an association.
