Expert,

We had 2 incidents of WLC reloading and no significant explanation from the logs.

We are running version 8.0.12x.0,

We're thinking of upgrading the version but need to know what is the stability status of version 8.0.121.0?

We had 2 incidents of WLC reloading and no significant explanation from the logs.

Post the complete output to the command "sh coredump summary".

Go to Management > Tech Support > Controller Crash.

If there is something there, post everything on a Notepad and attach it.

We are running version 8.0.12x.0.

8.0.140.0 is a good candidate. If your APs can support 8.2.141.0. In the next few days, 8.2.150.0 will be released. I'd recommend going to this version as well.

I have checked that area, however, there are no issue found.

the only statement is that the WLC has power restarted and rebooted again.

What could be the odds?
