wireless lan controller 4400 -- issue hangs at boot

i have wireless lan controller 4400

it was not providing wireless connection to access points

i tried to connect it with console cable

after switching on the power it goes to bootloader 4.0

8540 in PCI Host Mode.

8540 is the PCI Arbiter.

Memory Test PASS

it hangs after memory test pass

please give me a solution for this problem
