Hi,

I have received some logs in 4404 with version controller 5.2.193 ...

The logs are:

%RRM-3-RRM_LOGMSG: rrmLrad.c:2471 RRM LOG:

%APF-3-SITE_NULL_WLAN: apf_site_override.c:1556 Invalid value 0 for WLAN

%APF-3-INVALID_RADIO_TYPE: apf_api.c:26338 Invalid radio type 255 received.

*%APF-3-INVALID_RADIO_TYPE: apf_api.c:26351 Invalid radio type 255 received.

I know they mean or you can give some clue about them.

What model of AP is trying to register??? It seems that this code version not support an access point.

Maybe with a more complex log in the controller side we canm help us more efficiently

The problem we have in the SOL station to see if we can help, APs 1242,there interfecerencias in the PCL with a Bluetooth antenna, when they are on the phone is choppy, and if you turn off the phone Bluetooth works well. .

Hi dani.

RRM messages and Invalid type radio messages seem to show that the Ap´s detect this interferences but, as they can´t know the source (is not an 802.11 signal) probably they can´t catalog these interferences and show this log.

Probably, when you can see these logs in WLC, if you see the interference and noise profiles of each AP´s affected they are violated.

*%APF-3-INVALID_RADIO_TYPE: apf_api.c:26351 Invalid radio type 255 received.

This can point to an AP either having an invalid radio or having a radio dead. It basically happens when the WLC is unable to read the radio information from the AP.

So check for a down radio in your APs 🙂
