Hi Friend,

Management ip address should be reachable by APs and not interface. So you can map your management interface to port 1 and connect you APs to port 7 & 8 and they will join your controller.

If I am not able to understand your doubt please come back again with the same.

HTH

Ankur

*Pls rate all helpfull post

I have a 2106 controller. I want to connect two LWAPP 1131 directly on the two POE ports. I also want to connect a port on a Firewall in order to administrate the controller through the firewall.

The issue is that the management interface must be accessible for the AP and for a PC through the firewall. But the management interface can be assign to only one port.

Any idee?
