Cisco WLC4400 factory reset and current license recovery

Hi Team,

I'm trying to factory reset 4400 series wireless controllers, the current box have valid licenses.

My question is what is the process of recovering the licenses before the factory reset. Please advise.

4400 has fixed license hard

4400 has fixed license hard-coded. There is no way to "reset" the license.

Besides, if the license gets accidentally wiped, send an email to license@cisco.com and provide the serial number of the appliance. They can generate a new PAK very quickly.
