Invalid license file

I'm setting up Prime Infrastructure and have it up, licensed and running. I've done nothing but that so far. I've now setup my Mobility Services Engine and am trying to install the license.

I have added MSE to Prime.

I have gone to https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Quickstart and selected the l-mse-7.0-k9 pak

I activated the license and downloaded the license file.

When I try to apply the license I receive the following error: Invalid license file, UDI mismatch

I did not get a service contract with the MSE or Prime, so I can't open a TAC case. Any help on how to get the license problem resolved would be great.

Problem is it keeps asking

Problem is it keeps asking for a support contract, which there isn't one. I know how to open a support case. I would like to know how to open one without the contract, or some other way of getting this resolved. I believe I mentioned the lack of support contract in the initial post.
