Reset indicate number of tims interface has been reset. This happens when th packet queued for transmission is not sent within specified seconds. This might be due to a cable problem on serial line or malfunctioning modem that is not supplying transmit clock signals.

Thank you Dear,

But this problem araises on all the AP's that are in the network. so this cannot be a cable problem. What could be reason.

if the radio interfaces are reset frequently what could be the cause.

Regards

Srihari

Are all your access points operating on the same channel? It sounds like some sort of malformed packets that they may be receiving...
