Since the AP and Radio are both -A, the error indicates that either the cookies are corrupt or the radio hardware itself is bad.  You can try to reseat the radio, try this radio in another AP, or another radio in this AP.  Maybe you can narrow it down to the AP or radio that way.  However, I suspect you'll need the AP replaced. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I couldn't help further, but let me know the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Ben&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.  I'm wondering if anybody can tell me if this is a software or hardware probelm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting this error on one of my AP1230 event log.  Everything looks good but the Radio0 does not come up.  I have reset the hardware to factory default. I have about 800 1310 APS and some come back as faulty.  So when I troubleshoot over half of them are related to configuration issues.  The other , everything appears to be alright yet the radio wont associate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
