topic AP340 Radio Interface not present in Wireless

I have a couple of 340 AP devices. One of them would not allow clients to access the network any longer. When using the web management interface the AP Radio interface is not even present now. I have upgraded the firmware to 12.04 and attempted to reset to factory defaults via the console port.

Is there anything else I can do to resolve the problem or verify this is a hardware failure.

Thanks,

Greg

You can look over this troubleshooting guide. There is a section that shows how to read the LED lights with a chart. This may help resolve the issue. Most likely the radio is defective and will need to be replaced since you have upgraded the firmware and tried to reset back to factory defaults.
