Rogue Detection Rules - Automatically delete Rogue AP with zero clients

As part of our PCI compliance, we need to alert and detect ROGUE AP's that have been purposely or inadvertently connected to our Corpotate network.

I'd like to "tune out" ROGUE AP's which have zero clients connected to it? I know there is a condition where you can specify Minimum number of clients connected but this does not give you the option to enter zero (see screen shot).

Cisco says:

"enter the minimum number of clients to be associated to the rogue access point in the Minimum Number of Rogue Clients text box. The valid range is 1 to 10 (inclusive), and the default value is 0."
