My Belkin router is running NAT but I couldn't find anywhere where it was routing.

Hello josh,

SOHO routers are basically for NAT uses although some of them support RIPv2 and most of them which are less costly routers support only static routing

There are plenty of "SOHO" routers that will support RIP, some may do OSPF.
