I want to join my 5508 controller with a trusted partner organization's 5508 in order to allow my clients to use the partner WLAN to access my internal resources.

my intial thought was the guest wireless design. this is very similar.

is there any design document for connecting to a partner ?

how safe is EoIP.

I think anchored WLAN (similar to guest anchoring) would deliver what you want. So partner organization has to advertise your SSID trough their APs, still traffic is anchored back to your WLC.

I do not think EoIP traffic is encrypted, so it is better to have a secure traffic path between those two organization prior to configure WLAn anchoring.
