Ok, then this means that it's not a wireless issue but a possible routing issue. But then again, if this issue is only affecting iPhone then it points to me that it could possibly be a settings issue with the main server.

Email is working fine on android, laptops and desktop systems but not iPhone.

So the iPhone can't send e-mail? Using the e-mail application or using web-based mail?

Have you tried testing the e-mail settings by adding GMail and/or Yahoo settings into the iPhone Mail app and determine if it works?

Nope....If it goes by 3G/4G network it works....It can go to Internet without any issue...as well as sending email....Problem arises when connecting to Internal Network via the Wirless AP it doesn't send or receive messages.

Just an update I tested their android devices as well it has the same problem. But when I connect to my exchange else where it has no issue.

Could it be due to ASA settings?

I know the Exchange is using MAPI protocol.
