You can look at AVC on the wlc's starting on v7.4. Here is a guide which you can look at and see of it provides with with some of what you are looking for.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10315/products_tech_note09186a0080bed910.shtml

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Once you configure AVC on your controller you can export netflow data from you controller to a netflow collector. Then you can get an historical trend on utilization of your wireless network based on recognized application. Without a netflow collector you can monitor Application visibility in each controller in real time, but you cannot get a holistic view of your environment if you have multiple controller.

Not all netflow vendors support cisco WLC flow export. I have tested this with Scrutinizer and they were the only vendor support this in few months back. You can refer below to see how it looks like

http://mrncciew.com/2013/03/13/review-of-wlc-netflow-with-scrutinizer/

If you have Cisco Prime Assuarance, then also you can do the same without having 3rd party netflow collecting tool.

HTH

Rasika
