Wireless Bridge design question.

I like to design one fixed root-bridge and shiftable non-root bridge.

The root bridge have Omni antenna and non-root bridge also have omni antenna. but important issue is non-root bridge is installed in the bus. bus is moving around in root-bridge's omini antenna coverage.

I like to know this design is available?

and second question is roaming issue.

over 100km/h moving client is able to roamming without signal loss between access points?

This is a pretty standard sort of design, from a toplogolgy point of view it does not matter the non root is in the bus

From a roaming point of view it gets a lot more complex.

At 100Klm/hr dopler shift *may* affect your signal quality.

You will also need the 'fast roaming' feature in the latest IOS version. I do not believe this has been included in the latest VxWorks version so this may cause you an issue.

High speed application have been done in the past but there is a number of challenges, your account team will be able to help you through these.

This is not a standard application so I strongly recommend that you work with your Cisco account team on this.
