topic MSE backup in Wireless

Hello,

I'm facing the following problem while checking the status of my MSE 3355.

[root@MSE ~]# /etc/init.d/msed status

STATUS: Health Monitor is running Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.

Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.

Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.

it's an appliance (not virtualized). I've read some discussions on this forum but cannot find a fix for this problem other than reinstall the MSE from scratch. So I'd like to backup the database first. Second problem here, as the MSE doesn't start correctly, no way to link it to the Cisco PI... So no way to do a backup from there.

When a backup is done from the Cisco PI, do you know the list of files contained into this backup? If so, i'll do a ftp from my laptop and perform the backup manually.

Thanks for your help!

Théo
