MSE Syncronisation

I have just upgraded my MSE 3355 to Code 7.0.230.0. I have synched all my maps 99% completed with no issues and are displaying clients, interferers etc, there are a couple of areas that give the error below. Help!!!!!!

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("LOC"."COVERAGEAREA"."NAME")

Havve you tried to sync again? What version of the WLC and WCS/NCS are you running?

Hi Scott

I have tried to synch a few times, still the same 99% ok but some sites still wont synch.

We are running:

4400's Code 7.0.235.0
Wism1's Code 7.0.235.0
WCS 7.0.230.0

MSE 3355 7.0.230.0

We will shortly be upgrading to

Cisco 5508's
Cisco 7500's

Prime NCS
Keeping MSE 3355

But I want to get things in a level state before the upgrade.

Hi Scott

The error occured due to some problem with the coverage area and perimiter, on the maps in a specific area, I edited these maps by deleting the coverage and perimiter, this enabled me to synch all maps.
