Problem with AIR-CAP3602I-E-K9

Hello,

Yesterday I had a problem with the AP AIR-CAP3602I-E-K9.

The AP is connected with a WLC 5508.

The disservice has been for few seconds.

Looks like the problem "solved itself"?

Th AP has lost the connection to the wireless controller for some reason.
and regained connection after some time.
possible reasons could be
- controller reboot
- some network path (switch or router) in the path unavailable
maybe a spanning-tree issue?

Of course the forum cannot determine this cause from a distance 😞
You need to look into the rest of your network devices.
