802.11a isn't working - AIR-CAP1552E-N-K9 - BR Country

Hello,

I'm using two 5500 WLCs with the version 7.2.110.0

When some AP with the part number AIR-CAP1552E-N-K9 associate with them, the 802.11g stays up and the 802.11a stays down.

I saw the AP interfaces in Wireless --> All APs and the 802.11a is down and the regulatory domain show me not supported but the 802.11g is working normally.

I follow this document from Cisco http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps5679/ps5861/product_data_sheet0900aecd80537b6a.html#wp9005314

and i just have BR - Brazil to support this part number.

Is this a version problem ? Did someone have this problem ?

Brazil is "-T" so your radio ain't going to work. Refer below link.

First, Thank you for the answer but I saw the page and in there about Brazil is like this to AIR-CAP1552E.

These Access Points is working only to give acess in dual-band to the clients in a open area with web authentication and is configured in FlexConnect mode Local Switching, but like i said in the beginning of this topic, only 2.4Ghz is working well and the 5 GHz is down because the domain is not supported.

Can you post the output to the WLC command "sh sysinfo"?
