Makes sure there is dhcp. The AP will discover the WLC and join.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Community Members,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually the the AP am working on is :AIR-CAP3502E-E-K9&amp;nbsp; to be connected to Cisco 2960 POE Switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. what configuration do i need on the Switch and AP LAN Port to Power the AP from the POE Switch Port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Do i need to associate the AP manually to the controller :Cisco 5508 controller or automatically &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Jude&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Scott,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a peculiar situation here. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a two story building the middle is open from top to bottom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my challenge is basically on placing the access points to avoid interference in between the floors since its an open floor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the floor dimension is 30m x 32m for Ground Floor ,1st Floor , Second Floor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jude.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
