Does the LAP have a command line?

Does the lap have a command line? Like a stripped down version?

I keep seeing cli stuff on cisco's website with it, but i can't telnet to any of my laps

It does, but you cant configure the LAP like an autonomous AP. You can do basic configurations like lwapp ip address, etc.

If you have 4.1 code or later, you can telnet or ssh to the LAP, but you need to setup a username and password:

config ap username password all

Then you would setup either telnet or ssh or both:

config ap telnet enable

config ap ssh enable
