Did you error give a AP?

Error Message   %LWAPP-3-MIC_COUNTER: Received MIC countermeasure, WLAN [dec], slot [dec] AP [chars] client [hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]

Explanation   MIC errors have occurred on the specified AP. Clients may not be able to connect on the specified WLAN.

Recommended Action   Check for attacks in the network.

What security policy are you using? Also try blowing away the WLAN profile and recreating it ...
