    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the latest code to the 340/4800 Workgroup bridges and this killed the box dead (so beware) after code download the box did a stack dump (language error reported)and after rebooting now  the console port is completetly dead (this is on a 4800 bridge and a 340 bridge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to find how to download a code to flash in this situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to report the problem too Cisco BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a WGB on hand to confirm this, but with the AP or bridge you can interrupt the kernal load by hitting esc, then use X-modem to replace the files.
