The MME initiates the E-RAB Release Command to the eNB to clear the bearer resources

thanks SAURAV for the answer, you are absolutely correct however, there is a case wherein after a successful service request a context release command was issued by MME, pls see attachment.

the firs trace was taken from an enodeB, the second was from a monitoring tool...thanks
