350 PCI Speed Problem

Hi,

I have associated a CISCO 350 series PCI adapter to my ISP's Nokia A032 access point. Signal quality and stregth are in the upper 80s. The ACU

states that the card is associated at 11Mbps.

However the maximum down/up speed I am seeing is approximately 800/600.

When I use an orinoco silver card, I consistently see speeds at 2.2 Mb/s. Could someone please help me figure out why the CISCO is not giving me the same throughput as the orinoco?

Also, when I change the data rate in the ACU to anything but auto, the card does not associate anymore. This holds true against a Linksys WAP-11 and the Nokia A032.
