We have a wlc 4400 controller that manage APs on two branch office.

On central site, when a user connects, the WLC ask the radius that give a vlan ID and other Radius attributes based on its name.

But on remote site, Access points (HREAP) do not seem to get the vlan. They collect many other attribute such as QOS but not the Vlan.

Is this normal?

I see that we are on the same bandwagon :-).

I have been trying to find any info about this case almost whole weekend. No luck.

I can imagine two situation:

1. WLAN set to HREAP, AAA Override and AP in local mode

2. WLAN set to HREAP, AAA Override and AP in H-REAP mode.

If you do not find any answer I will do labs in free time.

I did not find a solution.

I will create a SSID by vlan (not fine).

No other idea?
