      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have created a guest user account in ACS Applicance and when i login using all capital "GUEST", am able to login and sometimes i have to use all lower case "guest", in some circustance i have to use 1st letter as capital "Guest" than only am able to login. i dont understand this situation. I created the user as all Capital "GUEST" but still its like intermitent problem.I have to try all this 3 combination when am not able to login using this username. Does anyone came accross with this situation. Need help ASAP. Thank you &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi for your info, we have checked with TAC and confirmed that the usernames are not case sensitive in ACS. It is case sensitive in WLAN Controller. TQ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
