Help: NBR download using NBR API

Hi,

We wish to download Webex recordings (ARF files) from the NBR storage server to ours. We wish to create an automatic procedure that will work "server-to-server" with no human/browser in the middle.

Managed to use the NBR Web Services API to get the StorageAccessTicket but when trying to use that along with some recordId value with DownloadNBRStorageFile function, we get "Can not create ARF" error.

Any idea?

Hello,

Please send an email to webex-meetings-api-dev@cisco.com with your getStorageAccessTicket and downloadNBRStorageFile requests and a description of how you are retrieving the record ID, which must be a valid value.

Do you have any examples for this? Specifically parsing the multipart response.

You can use the https://packagist.org/packages/riverline/multipart-parser to parse the multipart data.
