When try to access StreamURL it show Page cannot found error

Hi,

Using my premium account in meetings.webex.com,(using sitename and email id) i have integrate webex with my application trough XML API. And now i can able create meeting successfully and record the session in server.

To get the streaming URL of recorded video session for an meeting i called LstRecording method and got a success response. but when i tried to connect the stream URL it show error as give below

"This recording link is no longer valid. Contact the recording owner for the new recording link."

Please help me to resolve this issue to move forward.

Greetings! The issue you are seeing is because streamURL is actually not a direct link to the recording, this cannot be done directly. The XML API does not provide a method for automated downloads. We provide the NBR API for this functionality. You can find more information about it on DevNet at:

Hi Michael,

I used premium account so only i am unable to use the streaming URL directly.

Now i purchase enterprise account and now can able to view video using the stream URL .

but now my problem is how can i restrict the user to view the recording i.e. who attend the meeting only can view the recording. Please suggest.
