      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;What status would you like to get while creating the XML API?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you created a user through the XML API the returned message will give you a summary of what happened:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SUCCESS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- FAILURE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- ERROR MESSAGE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
