      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did evaluate it, but found the TSP API is for interfacing WebEx with your own conferencing bridge solution.&amp;nbsp; It defines methods/events for WebEx itself to do call control on that bridge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What we're looking for is a way to tell WebEx what should be done with the calls (which it'd of course forward on to whatever TSP it's using).&amp;nbsp; For example, an API for muting audio (or or both ways) for a caller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
