Can not login via URL API

I use URL API, It's still available for many years, but these days, I fount I use https://[site].webex.com/[site]/p.php?AT=LI&WID=username&PW=password...，and it shows ST=FAIL&RS=BadWebExIDOrPassword，but I didn't changed this username and password and I can login via webex website use this username and password@，that's why?
