    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a script that is querying our WebEx instance every minute to retrieve information updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking into logs, I discovered that last Friday, around 20:30, it started responding with the following data in the header:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;serv:response&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;serv:result&amp;gt;FAILURE&amp;lt;/serv:result&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;serv:reason&amp;gt;Sorry, no record found&amp;lt;/serv:reason&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;serv:gsbStatus&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BACKUP&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;/serv:gsbStatus&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;serv:exceptionID&amp;gt;000015&amp;lt;/serv:exceptionID&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;/serv:response&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today it's back to &lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier;"&gt;&amp;lt;serv:gsbStatus&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #3366ff;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PRIMARY&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;/serv:gsbStatus&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does this "BACKUP" value mean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did the server go into some kind of maintenance mode and started redirecting me to a secondary, fallback node, under the same DNS name?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have to always verify if gsbStatus I receive is PRIMARY or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
