I know this is not the answer you are looking for but as on the pdf WebEx Meeting Service API Technical Overview page 22 it is mentioned as

lstmeetingattendeeHistory - Returns detailed attendee history for previously hosted meetings

lsteventattendeeHistory - Returns detailed attendee history for previously hosted events

and as per the url - https://developer.cisco.com/media/webex-xml-api/124LstMeetingAttendee.html

LstMeetingAttendee - Retrieves the attendees information of a session hosted on the site. The session can be one of all the

WebEx session types including Meeting Center, Training Center, Event Center, Sales Center, or Teleconference-only sessions.

Hello,

LstMeetingAttendee will list attendees that have been invited to attend a Meeting Center, Training Center, or Event Center session that is still scheduled to occur. LstMeetingAttendee is usually coupled with CreateMeetingAttendee, providing a list of attendees who have been previously created. LsteventattendeeHistory provides a list of attendees who actually attended an Event Center session in the past 90 days.
