      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Umesh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SIP message &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: arial; font-size: 13.3333330154419px;"&gt;will not tell you if the agent device initiated the call or received the call. I believe you have to use CTI (JTAPI or TAPI) to monitor one of the devices to see who initiated the call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adrienne&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
