    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;We've had issues with an application that leverages Cisco TSP and found there used to be an issue with RDP and TAPI/TSP instability (see below).&amp;nbsp; Is this still an issue?&amp;nbsp; The server is Windows 2012 R2 (64 bit).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Access to the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server is not supported at any time via Remote Desktop (RDP), Terminal Services (TS) or any other session-based application. These applications can cause TAPI/TSP and Wave Driver instability. Only local or VNC connection is supported.
