Depending on the number of phones you have to look into CTI scalability numbers and design the app to operate within the limits. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JTAPI interface doesn't have any filter for the events but application can choose to use the events it needs and ignore others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure about this is correct forum for this query.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of us know that CTIManager sends information about CTI events.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to change behavior of CTIManager so that CTIManager can send information about particular events only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we do that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ashish Nijai&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
