I'm working on a project where multiple phone calls landing on an IP gets answered and responded back by machine(Artificial Intelligence) without human intervention.

Kindly tell me if this is possible and help me with some details.

I'd review the SIP trunk messaging guide; it will give you some idea what features are available for to use at the SIP messaging level.
