CME- Dail plan issue

having dialling issue in the CME system when dialling mobile number <90!>

looks like we have conflict of dial plan here. we need find the solution for the same.

Internal IP Phone directory number range:

9001-9099

PSTN Mobile Number pattern:

90!

problem here when we dial the mobile number if the first 4digits are matching with the internal number its directly routing the internal extension and not allowing us to dial the further number to reach the desired mobile numbers.

tried configuring < timeouts interdigit 3>, but no luck.

requesting you to have a look and propose solution for this issue..
