No immediate ideas on why that might be come to mind...Certainly getting 9 digits with the last two truncated seems odd.

I would suggest opening a ticket with DevNet Developer Support, where we can get some troubleshooting logs and work with the CUCM SIP engineers to understand what might be going on: https://developer.cisco.com/site/support/

Hello,

We integrate cucm with the onsoft recording server.

The calling number is 11 digits and it is normal.

When the cucm sends invite to the onsoft in the from field there is x-farendaddr and the cucm writes calling number to this column but it is 9 digits. The cucm deletes last two digits.

The onsoft knows the calling number from the x-farendaddr.

Can you help on this?

Hello,

Where can I open a case from devnet? I could not find. Everytime sites direct me to the cisco partner solution program web page.

See the 'Case-Based Ticket' option on this page: https://developer.cisco.com/site/support/

If you are not a SPP member, you can open a ticket by sending your issue details to: devnetsupport-ticketrequest@cisco.com

I would suggest providing CallManager SDL / SDI logs initially to provide some basis for troubleshooting: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/200787-How-to-Collect-Traces-for-CUCM-9-x-10-x.html
