Hi,

Customer running CUCM 11.x is looking for a compatible TAPI /TSP client which is at the same time compatible with Windows 2016 Server. The client available via the Plugins menu from the UCM web admin pages does not run on Win2016.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately it looks like TAPI for 11.0 was not tested with Win2016, and as CUCM 11.0 reached end of software maintenance over a year ago, I assume such testing will not be forthcoming 😕 I'm not aware of any known issues or changes to the TSP in support of Win2016, so it 'should work'; however the risk is that if OS-dependent issues are suspected, TAC/engineering may not be able to pursue an investigation/fix.
