Provide consultant with url with phone number is call is picked up

Hello,

I would like to know what are possible ways to display URL with phone number or (better) open browser with this URL when a call is picked up.

We are looking for solutions for Jabber and Finesse. When a consultant picks up a phone, he should have a way to do a search using a phone number. Is there a way to provide the consultant with custom url or open a browser for him? Are there any plugins/configurations to enable such a feature?
