    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know what are possible ways to display URL with phone number or (better) open browser with this URL when a call is picked up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are looking for solutions for Jabber and Finesse. When a&amp;nbsp;consultant picks up a phone, he should have a way to do a search using a phone number. Is there a way to provide the&amp;nbsp;consultant with custom url or open a browser for him? Are there any plugins/configurations to enable such a feature?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
