      <title>IVR Remote gateway - mute call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The script is running on remote site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm able to listen the "options" prompt and collect digits process is working perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, when I press 1 for example the script make a call to CUCM phone and I have no voice in both sides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Important, when I call to script I use g711alaw. When the script make a call the environment is forcing g729.
