Hi,

Is there a document that specifies the configuration of the Cisco CUCM TAPI for the Windows Remote Desktop Server? Is it even supported?

Unfortunately, the Cisco TSP plugin is not tested/supported for Remote Desktop configurations...

But it would be great if this statement can be either added in the Cisco TSP compatibility matrix guide or on the Devnet url.
