SIP Normalization script to modify Remote-Party-ID to Diversion header

I"m having an issue where inbound calls rerouted back to PSTNT failling.
Call flow:- ITSP—SIP—CUBE1—SIP—CUCM—CFWD All—SIP—CUBE1—ITSP.

The PSTN calling Party receives a long pause, with no ring back, then receives a fast busy.

Our ITSP indicated the outbound SIP invite Messages for the second call leg contains a Remote-Party-ID which needs to be replaced with a Diversion Message where the original calling party is removed.

The SIP Messages could be manipulated on the CUBE but would rather manipulate on CUCM.

Does anyone have a SIP Normalization script that could be implemented on the CallManager SIP Trunk for performing the SIP message manipulation.
